Warrawee is located 21km north-west of the Sydney CBD in the Upper North Shore in the local government area of Ku-ring-gai Council. Property price growth in this area displays a typical blue chip pattern with steady progressive growth and few signs of cyclicalmovement.
The dominant property type in this area is low density residential and there is little commercial or industrial land usage. Sydney’s Upper North Shore is much sought after for its extensive gardens, mature trees and established homes and the area has traditionally been favoured by professional families.
The area is 10 minutes from the shopping, entertainment and commercial precincts of Chatswood, Hornsby and Macquarie Centre.
