Karingai Developments is a newly formed property development company. Its founding members Cedric Millner have been involved in the property and construction industry for many years. Mr Millner’s background is in science and has a thorough understanding of the emerging energy efficient requirements. Working in partnership with some of Sydney's leading builders, has led to the creation of Karingai Developments, one of Australia's leaders in energy efficient residential developments.
