Hamton recently won two AMI awards for Marketing Excellence which recognise and reward outstanding examples of marketing programs in accordance with best practice criteria (2008). Hamton was also named winner of the RAIA Victorian Architecture Award in the Residential Architecture Multiple Housing category (2007) and the esteemed UDIA award for Best Medium Density Residential Development in Victoria (2008). Recent projects include Society, 242 apartments in South Yarra; MGV, 67 apartments in Malvern; Rize3121, 72 townhouses in Richmond; and, Abito, which comprises 35 apartments in Fitzroy.
